Dr. Farrell is an Associate Professor in the Master of Science in Education program and the program coordinator for gifted education at 快猫成版视频. She is also the co-coordinator for assessments for state and national reports and accreditation. Dr. Farrell has worked in gifted education for over 30 years as a gifted specialist, coordinator, state department specialist and university professor.
