Dr. Vinnakota and Dr. Shahriar jointly instructed a course that provided scouts with a foundational understanding of electricity and magnetism. The students were educated on how to respond to electrical emergencies, the importance of safety measures when handling electrical equipment, and how to conduct home electrical safety assessments. Additionally, they were guided in hands-on activities such as creating their own electromagnet and constructing a basic electric bell.
